Spring NEWS!!!

Spring has sprung,
The grass has ris
I wonder where the birdies is...

Our final shed is back in place, a bit of concrete floor to go
and we'll have our shearing shed back.

Slowly but surely the pasture is coming, but we still have a ways to go.
As a result a large number of our stock is still agisted off farm
so we need to sell, and at heavily reduced prices.

Breeding Aim at Chrysalis Alpacas

Our aim is to breed quality alpacas with silver grey fleeces exhibiting excellent length, fineness, follicle density, lustre and crimp. To get there we are infusing the fineness and density of some lighter stock as well.

As anyone will tell you, alpaca genetics are not an exact science...but it makes for a very interesting and eventful experience.
